One of the dive sites we run here in Malta — here's the story behind it, the depth and access, and what it takes to dive it properly.
Exiles is a classic Sliema shore dive — an easy entry off the rocks onto a shallow reef of boulders, seagrass and sandy patches. It's not dramatic, and that's rather the point: a relaxed, accessible site that's perfect for training, skills practice, check dives and night dives, with plenty of small life once you slow down and look.
