Double Arch, off Gozo's north coast near Reqqa, is a natural wonder — a great bridge of rock with two arches stacked one above the other, the base sitting around 30m. Hovering beneath the span with shoals of bream and chromis hanging above you is the kind of thing that sells people on diving Malta.
The surrounding reef is healthy and the visibility is usually excellent. A boat dive that's well worth the trip out.
